Temporary surveillance for an event or a site is rented because the need is real but short: a few days of coverage, a screening perimeter, a command position, then it comes down. The hardware is only part of it — cameras that record to nothing, or a checkpoint no one is watching, are theatre. A working deployment is cameras, recording, screening and someone watching the wall.
Coverage, screening and a place to watch it
A rapid-deploy event security setup is more than cameras. It is IP cameras and the NVR they record to, displays and a command position where an operator can actually see the coverage, and where the event needs it, walk-through metal detectors and baggage X-ray at the entry points. People-counting analytics turn the same cameras into crowd-density data for safety and operations. We deploy the parts that match the risk, not a generic bundle.
The kit is enterprise and screening-grade: Hikvision cameras and NVRs, commercial displays, Garrett walk-through gates and Smiths Detection X-ray, deployed and removed around the event window.
Compliant installation in Abu Dhabi
CCTV in Abu Dhabi is regulated. Installations in scope must meet ADMCC (Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Centre) requirements, and a deployment that ignores that is a problem waiting to surface. IP Care installs to ADMCC standard, so a temporary deployment is compliant rather than improvised, which matters as much for a public event as for a permanent building.
For events that need eyes on the coverage rather than just a recording to review afterwards, we set up a command position and can staff it, so an incident is seen as it happens.
What the rate covers
Quoted rates are per unit and exclude VAT. Delivery, installation, collection and setup are included, along with technical support for the rental. A staffed command centre, screening operators, ADMCC compliance work and standby equipment are quoted separately against the deployment.
A managed event security deployment is scoped against the venue and risk rather than shipped same-day. Plan on one to two days for hardware-only bookings; for a full deployment we agree a mobilisation window against the event.
From national events to 432-camera towers

Is temporary CCTV in Abu Dhabi subject to ADMCC rules?

Can you provide walk-through gates and baggage scanners for events?
Yes. The fleet includes Garrett walk-through metal detectors and Smiths Detection HI-SCAN X-ray for entry screening, alongside cameras, NVRs and displays. Screening operators and a staffed command position can be supplied with the equipment and are quoted as part of the deployment.
What is the minimum rental period?
One day. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available, with the longer bands suited to multi-week site security. Rates shown are indicative, per unit and exclude VAT.
