How fast do you actually respond to a P1 incident?

P1 response targets are defined in your written SLA before the engagement starts, not set after the first incident. We publish actual performance monthly. If we miss, you get service credits, written into every contract.

Do you take over from our existing IT team or augment them?

Either. Most of our Abu Dhabi clients keep an internal IT lead and use us as the bench. The rest hand us the whole function. Both models work, pick the one that fits your team.

Can you support hybrid setups, on-prem plus AWS or Azure?

Yes. Half our infrastructure work is hybrid. We have migrated workloads to cloud and kept others on-prem because that was the right answer. We do not push cloud-everything as a policy.

What does it cost?

Per-user pricing, scoped to your tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) and device count. We quote after a short discovery, regulated industries and unusual scope get bespoke proposals.

How long is the contract?

Twelve months minimum. We include a 30-day exit clause if we underperform against the SLA for two consecutive months. That keeps us honest.
