Do you manage both physical and virtual servers?

Yes. We manage physical bare-metal servers (HPE, Dell, Cisco UCS) and virtual machines running on VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Nutanix, often within the same client environment. Physical and virtual are managed as a single estate under one SLA, so there is no gap between the two layers.

Do you support both Windows and Linux?

Yes. Our engineers work across Windows Server (2012 R2 through 2022) and Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu and CentOS/Rocky Linux). Most enterprise environments in the UAE run a mix of both, and we manage them together without requiring separate support contracts for each platform.

Do you patch outside business hours?

Yes, and that is the default for production systems. Patching windows are agreed as part of the engagement scope, typically overnight or at weekends. We document every patch applied, handle exceptions when a patch cannot be deployed, and report monthly on patch compliance across the estate.

Can you take over our existing VMware or Hyper-V environment?

Yes. We onboard existing VMware and Hyper-V environments without requiring a rebuild or platform change. Onboarding starts with an audit, VM inventory, host capacity, snapshot status, backup configuration, followed by documentation, monitoring deployment and a formal handover. We take on environments in any state, including those that have not been properly maintained.

Is server health monitored 24/7?

Yes. Every server we manage is monitored continuously from our UAE-based NOC. We track CPU, memory, disk utilisation, network interfaces, Windows and Linux services, and application health indicators. When a threshold is breached or a service drops, the NOC responds according to a documented escalation runbook. For critical events an engineer is on call under your SLA.
