How many cameras do I need?

It depends on your site. The number of entrances, the size of the area, and the blind spots you want covered. We survey the site first and propose a layout, rather than quoting a generic number that either leaves gaps or wastes money.

Can I view the cameras from my phone?

Yes. We set up secure remote viewing on mobile and desktop, configured so only your authorised people can access the feeds, not left open the way a quick install often is.

How long is the footage kept?

As long as you want it. We size the NVR storage to the retention period you need, whether that is a few days or several weeks, and explain the trade-off between camera resolution, frame rate and how much you can store.

Do you install for existing buildings or only new fit-outs?

Both. We handle new fit-outs from the cabling up, and we also add to, upgrade or take over the maintenance of CCTV already installed in occupied buildings.

Do you monitor the cameras, or just install them?

Either. Some clients want us to install and hand over; others want ongoing monitoring and maintenance. Both are available, with monitoring and call-outs covered under a written SLA.
